carotenoids lutein



Carrot is supper food as it contains many vitamins such as vitamin A, K, Folate, Calcium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Chromium, Iron, Zinc, Carotenoids and Fiber. Its great for immune system and has a healing effect on skin. carrots prevent the formation of cancer cells and protect against heart diseases.
They play roll of regulating blood sugar levels and help to protect against diabetes.


I Use carrots in most salad dishes.

4 carrots graded
One cucumber graded
1 lemon
Bunch of basil
2 table spoon olive oil
Salt & pepper

Mix graded carrots and the cucumber in a bowl pour the olive oil and squeeze the lemon on top season it with salt and pepper.
