I believe in healthy eating and I have a passion for cooking. I started to cook from very young age. My mom always made delicious healthy food at home and I captured and learned a lot from her. Traveling and living in different part of the world tasting different food helped me to improve my taste and giving me the chance to work and develop my own recipes.

Summer blessings,

Summer is all about fresh leaves and salads.
The flavours of a bit raw Ingredients.

Bunch of Rucola
Small bunch of Alfalfa 
Marinated red onion in vinegar 
A full TB spoon of Olive oil
A full TB spoon of sweet balsamic vinegar 
Dash of sea salt
