I believe in healthy eating and I have a passion for cooking. I started to cook from very young age. My mom always made delicious healthy food at home and I captured and learned a lot from her.
Traveling and living in different part of the world tasting different food helped me to improve my taste and giving me the chance to work and develop my own recipes.

Beneficial green
Red cabbage is supper food.
Full of nutrition and can be used all year around.
Cut the cabbage in fine pieces mix in in a bowl with
Some raisins and a bit of salt, a full table spoon of
Olive oil and half squeeze lemon.
Serve it on top of crispy lettuce.
