Wake me up fresh





1\2  Cucumber, sliced 

1 avocado, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

few walnuts

A bunch of mint

Pomegranate paste/syrup 

1 table spoon olive oil

slice the cucumber and the tomato and the avocado, place it all in a plate and add the walnuts, in a bowl mix together the olive oil and the pomegranate syrup pure it over the salad, garnish it with the mint for serving.

Salads can be eaten all year around,
It’s healthy and the leaves are detoxing the body. To add a bit of

And can be used to many dishes.
I love adding walnuts to my salads, as it gives a very nice
Nutty flavour.

Crispy salad leaves

Carrot is supper food as it contains many vitamins such as vitamin A, K, Folate, Calcium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Chromium, Iron, Zinc, Carotenoids and Fiber. Its great for immune system and has a healing effect on skin. carrots prevent the formation of cancer cells and protect against heart diseases.
They play roll of regulating blood sugar levels and help to protect against diabetes.


I Use carrots in most salad dishes.

4 carrots graded
One cucumber graded
1 lemon
Bunch of basil
2 table spoon olive oil
Salt & pepper

Mix graded carrots and the cucumber in a bowl pour the olive oil and squeeze the lemon on top season it with salt and pepper.

Summer is great time for fresh salads.

Chicken fillet grill or cooked 
2 fresh tomatoes
1 avocado
1 red onion
a bunch of lettuce 
Bunch of fresh basil
2 table spoon Olive oil
1 table spoon balsamic
Salt & paper

In a bowl mix together the lettuce and tomatoes and avocado and the onion add the olive oil and the balsamic mix it with the chicken and basil mix it well all together with pinch of salt and paper.

Brunch Paradise

Sometimes you wake up in the mornings but your not hungry.
Or if you are a bunch person eating around 12 non.
The easiest and simplest dish that can be made any time of the day.
Fry the egg and lay it on a toast bread, put blue cheese on top.
Heat up the honey and pure it over the cheese. Serve the dish with grape and
Few mint leaves.

A slice of toast bread ( any kind )
One or two fried egg
Blue chees
Honey ( table spoon )
Dash of wild berries/ cranberry
Fresh mint
Grapes

Collagen Boost

I love grilled chicken
Now days you can buy grill chicken every where.
If you are not in cooking mood just buy yourself half grilled chicken,
Lay it on top of some Japanese salad, a little of chopped spring onion and
Some soy sauce on top.

Lovable

Grilled chicken with salad.
Mix up salad leaves with pinch of salt and a table spoon olive oil and tea
Spoon balsamic vinegar. Mix it well, serve it on a plate with a bit of grilled chicken
On the side.

Liver cleanse

Olives are really the best
Source to cleans our body.
They are rich in finer and antioxidants.
Mix pack of black olives with crushed walnuts and a full table spoon
Of pomegranate paste. Let it to be marinated for few days in the fridge and
Serve it on side of any dish or as tapas food with drinks.

 Boil the eggs together with broccoli for 10 minuets.

I love breakfast, my favourite meal of day.
Make it fun, with a little exiting taste.

A slice of danish bread
Few slice of cheese ( any kind )
Some walnuts
A bit of pomegranate

Full of nutrition and can be used all year around.
Cut the cabbage in fine pieces mix in in a bowl with
Some raisins and a bit of salt, a full table spoon of
Olive oil and half squeeze lemon.
Serve it on top of crispy lettuce.

Mix grated carrot in a bowl with some sugar and pepper.
Squeeze a half lemon on top and serve it with few basil leaves.

Summer its great time for BBQ and grill. In many cultures BBQ is very popular during summer season and its great easy way of putting all kind of meat on a grill to get that smoky flavor.

Marinate the fish with onion and garlic and bunch of fresh parsley with pinch of salt and paper and dash of olive oil and rap it in a aliminiom foil, leave it for 30 minutes.

cut the paper in four piece and cut the zakoni into two piece, mix it in a bowl with two chopped garlic and 2 spoons olive oil and pinch of salt, rap it in a foil and place it on the BBQ for 5-7 minutes.

Place the fish with the foil in the BBQ let it cook for around 10 minutes.

Sometimes A good breakfast or brunch can really give us a
Great start of a day.

Two Poached eggs
2 slice of smoke salmon
2 slice of brown toast
Lemon and saferan sauce

Poached the egg and lay it on top of the salmon.
Heat a bit of butter with some tick cream,
Add a bit of saferan. Serv the dish with some lemon
On the side.

Lamb stew

 One  lamb shank
2 large potatoes
One aubergine
1 cup chickpeas
6 shallots
4 tomatoes
1 table spoon tomato paste
2 tb spoon olive oil
2 dried lemon
1 fresh lemon
salt & paper

heat the pan add the olive oil and the shallots and the lamb, fry it for 5 to 7 minutes add the potatoes and the aubergine with the chickpeas let it cook under law heat for 2.30, grate the tomatoes and mix it wit the paste and lemon juice and salt and peper add it over the mixture and let it cook for another 30 minutes till the lamb is tender.
