I believe in healthy eating and I have a passion for cooking. I started to cook from very young age. My mom always made delicious healthy food at home and I captured and learned a lot from her.
Traveling and living in different part of the world tasting different food helped me to improve my taste and giving me the chance to work and develop my own recipes.

Banana omelet
1 banana
2 eggs
1 oz butter
in a frying pen Slice the banana and fry it for 5 minutes, beat the eggs in a bowl and pour it over, let it cook for 5 minutes, ready to serve.
