I believe in healthy eating and I have a passion for cooking. I started to cook from very young age. My mom always made delicious healthy food at home and I captured and learned a lot from her. Traveling and living in different part of the world tasting different food helped me to improve my taste and giving me the chance to work and develop my own recipes.

Energy
Pasta is supper food and very good energy source that can be made in different taste and dishes.
200 g pasta
bunch of tarragon
2 table spoon cream
1 oz butter
few slice of red chili
Salt
In a pan add water and some salt and let it boil and cook the pasta till is soften, drain add the cream and the fresh chili and the butter, mix it well all together and serve it on a plate garnish it wit tarragon.
