Morning pleasure








 Three slice of Goat cheese 
half of Green paprika
few olives
few walnuts walnut
1\3 of pomegranate 
two slice of grain bread
bunch of mint

Goat cheese is great source of protein and minerals, easy to digest and law in callories and very low in lactose.
walnuts are great full of antioxidant and very good for healthy brain.
