Chicken soup










Half of chicken with bone
One whole leek 
2 carrots 
One Onion
One spring onion
Salt and pepper

Cook the chicken with the carrot and leek and onion over a medium heat for about 40 minute till the vegetables are soften, add salt and pepper pure it over into blending, blend it for 2 or  times.
serve it in a bowl with some chopped leek on top.
